Application
l Aqueous pigment concentrates
l Aqueous adhesive
l Aqueous wood and furniture coatings
l Aqueous leather coatings
l Aqueous architectural coatings
l Aqueous printing inks
Application Method
For optimum performance, the additive must be incorporated into the millbase before the addition of pigments. In all cases, only add the pigments when the additive has been thoroughly distributed.
Recommended Usage Levels
Amount of additive (as supplied) based upon pigment:
Titanium dioxides: 1.0-3.0%
Inorganic pigments: 1.0-3.0%
Organic pigments: 15.0-25.0%
Carbon blacks: 10.0-30.0%
The above recommended levels can be used for orientation. Optimal levels should be determined by testing.
